When you request a quote or book a pickup, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, the items you want removed, and your preferred date and time window.

If you choose to pay online, your card details are entered on our payment processor's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

We also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, which helps us keep the site working properly.

We use your information to give you a price, schedule your pickup, dispatch our crew to the right address, send receipts and invoices, and follow up about your job.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

If you opt in to text updates, we will send you messages about your booking only — crew on the way, arrival windows, completion, and receipts. Message and data rates may apply.

You can stop text updates at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by calling us at 1-888-HAUL-AWAY.

We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business: our payment processor for card transactions, our messaging provider for text updates, and our hosting and database provider for storing your booking.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our customers and crew.

We keep booking and invoice records for as long as needed to service your job, handle disputes, and meet tax and accounting requirements. After that we delete or anonymize them.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep your booking form working as you move between steps and to understand which pages are useful. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the booking flow may stop working.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect the information you send us. No system is perfect, so please contact us right away if you believe your information has been misused.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
