A single mattress falls under our $107 minimum load. Adding the box spring, a frame or a second mattress on the same visit is far cheaper per piece than booking twice — a mattress and box spring together runs about $150, and a couple of full bed sets lands around $275.

That price includes the carry-out from any floor, the loading, transport and the recycling or disposal fee. There is no separate stair charge and no fuel surcharge.

Where your mattress actually goes

A mattress is roughly 75% recyclable by weight. The steel springs get scrapped, the foam is reprocessed into carpet padding, the wood frame is chipped and the fabric is baled. We take mattresses to a regional recycler whenever one will accept them rather than paying to bury them.

Soiled, wet or bed-bug mattresses can't be recycled — those get sealed in plastic on site and disposed of properly so nothing spreads on the way out of your building.
